Swim Against the Flow

Avoid the crowds at the public pool, here you can have the pool to yourself for a leisurely swim, or for intensive training using the endless flow. 

Download the Fit@home app to set your own training session.  Or use the remote to control the speed of the flow.

Children must be supervised at all times, adults only to control the flow.
Maximum of 2 adults and 2 young children in the pool at one time.

Pool hire:

60 minutes- £20
Additional time charged £4 per quarter hour.

Regular weekly sessions midweek 9am-3pm:
For 2 or more swimmers:

60 minutes £18

Single regular swimmer:
30 minutes £10 
45 minutes £13
